This is the page that appears when you first run LogiKal.

1) This is the section where the blue navigation menu is located. You can switch to all other pages in the program from this section.

 
2) This is the section where frequently used programs are located. This section includes CAD, Preliminary Static Design, Material Price List and Updates.
 
3) This is the section where you have a short list of the projects you have recently made changes to. You can quickly access the project you want from this section.

4) This is the section where you can see the innovations made in the latest published version of the program. To see this section in a detailed list, you can view the changes on the web page by clicking on the "Changelog" title.

5) This is the section where the events list is located. In this section, online webinars, fairs, etc. events are listed with their dates. To participate in online webinars, click on the relevant webinar title and fill out and submit the form on the opened website. Shortly before the webinar starts, you will receive an e-mail allowing you to join the seminar online.

You can access this page from the blue navigation menu on the home page.

1) It is the strip where general commands are located. In this ribbon, you can perform basic project-related functions such as creating a new project, deleting, renaming, adding to favorites, and cutting, as well as going to the sections page, changing project preferences, changing project information, loading a project from the desktop, and sending a project to the desktop.

 
2) This is the section where you can see all your projects, the projects you have added to your favorites, the projects you have recently changed and the main folders you have created. When you click on the project center title, you can see all the projects that are not assigned to any folder in the 4th section. When you click on the main folders you have created, you can see all the projects under that folder in the 4th section. Also in this section is the Manufacturing Units tab. This tab ensures that all positions in the projects you create are sent to the production stage, and you can track the production of your projects from here.

3) It is the recycle bin where deleted projects are stored. When you click on this section, you can see the list of deleted projects. If there is a project you want to undo, you can right-click on it and select Undo. Once you empty the recycle bin, you can't get projects back.

4) This is the section where all the projects you have created are listed. In this section you can create new folders or new projects. When you create a new folder, you will see the folder you created in Section 2. When you create a new project, you will see your project under the folder you are in.

5) This is the section that shows the details of the project you are selected on. You can also rearrange your project's information when you click on the information in this section.

6) This is the section that shows the drawn positions of the project you are currently selected on and the technical information of these positions. When you click on any of the drawn positions, you will go to the window where you can edit that position.

7) Navigation is the section where the navigation bar is located. You can switch between previous and next pages by clicking the forward, back and up arrows.

You can access this page by double-clicking on any project from the project center.

1) It is the strip where general commands are located. In this ribbon, you can perform basic functions for the position such as creating a new position, deleting, renaming, cutting, find and replace, as well as functions such as going to the sections page and calling positions from other projects. Thanks to the other tabs on this strip, you can view the way your positions are displayed, all other technical settings of the project, view reports and outputs, and transfer data to the CNC machine.
 
2) In this section where your project information is located, you can allocate costs, save documents and add notes about the project.

3) It is the recycle bin where deleted position are stored. When you click on this section, you can see the list of your deleted positions. If there is a position you want to undo, you can right-click on it and select Undo. Once you empty the recycle bin, you cannot take the positions back.

4) This is the section where all the positions you have drawn are listed. In this section, you can create new subfolders or new positions to group the positions. When you create a new subfolder, you will see the subfolder you created in this section. You can group positions into subfolders by drag-and-drop. When you create a new position, you will see the positions under the subfolder you are in. You can make edits by double-clicking on the position or right-clicking on the position.

5) This is the section where you can see the information about the changes you have made on the position in the past. In this section, you can also see the reports you have viewed for your position in the past, the basic profiles, glass panel fillings and hardwares you have used in your position.

6) This is the section where you can see the preview of the drawing of the currently selected position. In this section, you can see the drawn position more closely.

7) In this section called position manager, you can create new element information for the position, enter description and building location information for the element you created, and follow the manufacturing assignments of the position.

8) Navigation is the section where the navigation bar is located. You can switch between previous and next pages by clicking the forward, back and up arrows.

Start Tab

  • New  : Creates a new folder or new project.

  • Edit : Opens the positions page of the project you have selected.

  • Delete : Moves the project you have selected to the recycle bin.

  • Rename : Allows you to rename the project you have selected.

  • Add to Favourites : Moves the project you have selected to the favorites section.

  • Cut : Cuts the project you have selected to move it to a different folder.

  • Copy : Creates a copy of the project you selected.

  • Paste : Allows you to paste the previously cut or copied project into a different folder.

  • Cross Section : Opens the cross sections page for the project you have selected.

  • Calculate Parts List : Updates the material lists of all positions in the project you have selected.

  • Project Preferences : Opens the page where you can make preliminary material and color selections for the project you have selected.

  • Project Header : Opens the page with basic information about the project you have selected.

  • Import : Imports the project file with .lob extension on your computer into the program.

  • Export : Sends the project you have selected to your computer as .lob extension.

View Tab

  • Like Input Of Element : Ensures that the appearance directions of the positions in the project are as in the project input settings.

  • Exterior View : Sets the view directions of the positions in the project as external view.

  • Interior View : Sets the view directions of the positions in the project as internal view.

  • Dimension : Hides or shows the width - height dimension lines of the positions in the project.

Start Tab

  • New : Creates a new subfolder or new position.

  • Edit : Opens a window showing all the features of the position you have selected that can be corrected.

  • Delete : Moves the position you have selected to the recycle bin.

  • Rename : Allows you to rename the position you have selected.

  • Cut : Cuts the position you have selected to move it to a different folder.

  • Copy : Creates a copy of the position you have selected.

  • Paste : Allows you to paste the previously cut or copied position into a different subfolder.

  • Find and Replace : Allows you to find and replace the materials you use inside the position(s).

  • Fabrication Phase Assignment : Opens the window where you can track the manufacturing of the positions.

  • Project Preferences : Opens the page where you can make preliminary material and color selections for the project you are in.

  • Project Header : Opens the page with basic information about the project you are in.

  • Import : Allows you to call positions from a different project and ready-drawn templates.

  • Export : Sends the position(s) to your computer for the BIM project.

View Tab

  • Like Input Of Element : Ensures that the appearance directions of the positions are as in the project input settings.

Project Tab

  • Project Header : Opens the page with basic information about the project you are in.

  • Apportion Costs : Opens the window that allows you to distribute the cost to the project by adding costs such as transportation, scaffolding and accommodation to your project.

  • WinIso2D Cross Section Transfer : Opens the window that allows you to transfer the cross section you have specified for your position to the WinIso 2D program. (For this, you must first define the Win Iso 2D program to LogiKal from the Settings -> Additional Settings -> Interfaces page.)

  • Project Estimation Data : Opens the window where you can enter calculation data such as price, profit, waste, tax, discount, etc. for all cost items in your project.

  • Delete Position History : Allows you to clear the files in the log created in the background for changes made to the drawn positions.

  • Project Additional Article Macro : Opens the window where you can add additional materials you want to be calculated within the project. (On this page, you can include additional materials in the project calculation by adding them, even if they are not in your positions.)

  • System Preferences : Opens the window that allows you to pre-select the materials you will use for the positions you will draw. (This way, you can draw faster.)

  • Colours : Opens the window that allows you to pre-select the colors of the profiles and accessories you will use for the positions you will draw. (This way, you can draw faster.)

  • Fillings : Opens the window that allows you to create the glass and panels you will use for the positions you will draw from. (This way, you can draw faster.)

  • CE Data : Opens the window that allows presettings to be made before receiving the CE report for the positions you will draw.

  • Other : Opens a window that allows you to pre-select the system and wall connections you will use frequently before you start drawing your positions.

  • Structural Analysis : Opens the window that allows you to pre-select the data required for static analysis before you start drawing your positions.

  • Glass : Opens the window that allows you to create and edit project glasses before you start drawing your positions.

  • Panels : Opens the window that allows you to create and edit project panels before you start drawing your positions.

  • Profiles : Opens the window that allows you to create your own special design profile, independent of the supplier, along with its technical information, use it in your positions and calculate it.

  • Wall Connections : Opens the window that allows you to create front-end wall connection details for your project before you start drawing your positions.

  • Hardware Configuration : Opens the window that allows you to pre-select your accessory options for your project before you start drawing your positions.

  • Residual Lengths : Opens the window where you can enter the profiles that you will use in your positions and that are available in your stock, and have the program calculate these profiles first.

  • Residual Quantities : Opens the window where you can enter the consumables that you will use in your positions and that are available in your stock, and have the program calculate these materials first.

  • Special Lengths : Opens the window that allows you to calculate the profiles you will use in your positions as special lengths other than the standard lengths specified by the supplier.

  • Bar Lengths : Opens the window that allows you to calculate the profiles you use in your positions as alternative lengths other than the standard lengths specified by the supplier. (Alternative lengths must be specified by the supplier and added to the system. Alternative length means that the selected profile can be ordered by the supplier.)

  • Compound Profiles : Opens the window that allows you to calculate the insulated profiles with heat barrier you use in your positions separately, internally and externally. (This means that you must assemble the inner and outer profiles to the thermal barrier yourself in your workshop. The feature that the profiles can be ordered separately as inner and outer must be specified by the supplier and added to the system.)

  • CNC Project Standard : If there is more than one CNC machine added to the program, it opens the window where you can select which CNC machines the CNC data of the drawn project should not be sent to. (The program does not send CNC data to the machines you select here.)

  • Profile Assignments : Opens the window where you can define which machine will process the profiles you use in your positions, separately for each profile.

  • CNC Machining : Opens the window that allows you to create new CNC processes for the profiles you use in your positions.

  • CNC Groups : Opens the window that allows you to create new CNC groups for the profiles you use in your positions.

Printouts Tab

  • Estimation : Opens the report where you can view the prices of the positions one by one or in total.

  • Estimation Overview Portrait : Opens the report as a table where you can view the prices of the positions one by one or in total.

  • Element Tags : Opens the report that allows you to get the page containing the general information of the positions in tag output format. The information on the label can be personalized in the settings.

  • Glass/Panel Estimation : Opens the report where you can view the glass and panel prices of the positions one by one or in total.

  • Declaration of Performance Table : Opens the report as a table where you can view data such as wind load resistance, impact resistance, air, water, heat permeability and acoustic values of the positions. (In order to view this data, the relevant information must be entered into the system.)

  • Material Analysis : Opens the report containing the individual prices, weights and lengths of all materials used in the positions.

  • Position Comparison : Opens a report where you can compare two different positions of your own choosing among the positions you have drawn, in terms of pricing.

  • Preliminary Structural Design : Opens the report showing the wind load resistance of the positions. (You must have made static analysis settings to see the correct values.)

  • U Value Report : Opens the report showing the heat conductivity of the positions. (In order to see the correct values, you must have made the heat conductivity settings.)

  • CE-Marking : Opens the report in which the CE-Certificate of the positions is issued.

  • Declaration of Performance : Opens the report as a list where you can view data such as wind load resistance, impact resistance, air, water, heat permeability, acoustic values of the positions. (In order to view this data, the relevant information must be entered into the system.)

  • Position Drawing : Opens the report containing the front view drawings of the positions without sections.

  • Announcement of Production : Opens the report containing information such as the expected manufacturing and assembly times of the positions and the installation location.

  • Quotation : Opens the report containing the unit and total sales prices of the positions.

  • Coating : Opens the report where you can view the surface painting cost of all profiles used in the positions. (In order to view this data, the relevant information must be entered into the system.)

  • Order Word : Opens the report in MS Office Word format where you can view the order quantities and prices of all materials used in the positions.

  • Order : Opens the report where you can view the order quantities and prices of all materials used in the positions.

  • Optimisation Tags : Displays the barcoded label output that will be pasted on the profile for cutting according to the optimization order.

  • Vent Assembly List : Opens the manufacturing report containing the cutting angles and lengths of the opening vents in the positions and the accessories to be used.

  • Connection List : Opens the report where the connection elements used in the positions are listed.

  • Installation Plan : Opens the report containing information such as width, height, perimeter, weight and quantity of the positions.

  • Assembly List : Opens the report containing the cutting and manufacturing information of all materials used in the positions.

  • Stock List : Opens the report as a list where you can manually prepare a stock list for all materials used in the positions.

  • Cut Optimisation : Opens a report showing the order in which all profiles used in the positions should be cut to minimize wastage and how much waste will remain after cutting.

  • Shaped Glass Drawing : Opens the report containing the cutting information of the geometrically shaped glasses used in the positions.

  • Cross Section Drawings : Opens the report that includes sections in position preview drawings.​​

There are more reports that are hidden and not visible in the Outputs ribbon. If you cannot see the report you want to view in the output strip, you can activate the inactivated reports by clicking on the gear icon on the far right side of the strip and make them appear in the strip.

CNC Tab

  • CNC Work Plan : Opens the report showing which CNC machinings will be performed on which profiles, along with the way the profiles used in the positions are deposited into the machine

  • CNC Export : CNC machinings on the profiles used in the positions create the necessary file that you can transfer to the machine. (Machine settings must be made in the program.)

  • Work Plan : Opens the report showing the way the profiles used in the positions are deposited into the machine, and which CNC machinings will be performed on which profiles, respectively.

  • Bar Drawings : Allows you to view the CNC machinings on the profiles used in the positions in the CAD environment or transfer them to AutoCad.

If additional modules related to CNC are not installed in the dongle you rented from the supplier, the CNC tab will not appear in the program. In order for the CNC tab to appear, you must have a higher package of LogiKal.

Opens the technical support window. You can send an error report or initiate a remote connection from this window.

It allows copying the currently selected project.

It allows the currently selected project to be cut.

It allows pasting the currently selected project.

It allows deleting the currently selected project.

Opens the new project creation window.

Allows renaming of the currently selected project.
